✅ Good News from Lambeth – Prolific Retail Offender Sentenced ✅

On 2nd July 2025, Tobias Brooks was sentenced at Inner London Crown Court for four offences of theft from shops, targeting Tesco and Boots stores. Brooks stole goods worth over £4,000.

At court, he pleaded guilty and received a sentence of 9 weeks in prison.

This successful outcome follows a thorough investigation led by PC George Hoskins, the local ward officer for Vauxhall, who worked tirelessly to bring this offender to justice.

PC Hoskins said:
"Retail crime has a huge impact on businesses and the community. This result shows that persistent offenders will be held accountable. We will continue to work with local stores to keep Lambeth safe."
